Brazil to Issue Global Bonds Due 2033, 2035- Bloomberg 6/11

(Bloomberg) -- Brazil is offering Global Bonds due 2033 and 2035, according to a preliminary prospectus.

  • 2035 bonds will be a further issuance of, and will form a single series with, the existing $3.75 billion aggregate principal amount of Brazil’s 6.625% global bonds due 2035
  • Joint lead managers and joint bookrunners: Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs
